Final Paper Submission (for accepted papers only)
- The proceedings of COCOA'2007 will be published in the Springer-Verlag
series Lecture Notes in Computer Science, Volume 4616. Read carefully Springer's
instructions on preparing the manuscript before you submit the final version,
check LNCS's Authors
Instructions for these guidelines.
- We request that you use the llncs.cls style file, which is available from
LNCS and can be
downloaded over here
. Using other styles might delay the publication process. If you have some
technical questions on Latex2e, try to ask an expert and we are also willing
to help.
- One author of each accepted paper must sign the copyright form, try to
download it from Springer's Copyright
Form. Your signed copyright form
must be sent to us, either by Fax (which is preferred) or
mail, on or before May 7, 2007 (preferably by May 4, 2007).
This is also the deadline for the electronic files of your final submission.
- The final submission (maximum length 12 pages) comprises two components:
- completed and signed copyright form,
- electronic files:
- your source (input) files, (e.g., .tex files for the text and .eps
files for the figures),
- the final DVI file (for papers prepared using
LaTeX or TeX),
- the final PostScript file (not in reverse page order),
- if possible, the pdf file of the final version of your paper.
Please send your signed copyright form

The copyright form can also be sent by fax (+1-406-994-4376).
Note. We must receive the signed
copyright form by May 7, 2007 at the latest.
Please mind the mailing delays and post your submission early enough.
Send your electronic files as e-mail attachments to the address bhz@cs.montana.edu.
Recommendation: To avoid confusion, name all files in the
following fashion: Use always 9 characters plus an extension (cocoaNNNC.XXX).
cocoa is a fixed string. NNN is your submission number with possible leading
zeros. To distinguish several files of the same type (e.g., EPS files) use
characters a, b, c,... in the field C. XXX identifies the file type (tex, ps,
etc.). For example, the files in a final submission could be named
cocoa023a.tex, cocoa023a.dvi, cocoa023a.ps, cocoa023a.eps, cocoa023b.eps, and
cocoa023c.eps. We would appreciate if you could compress the files with zip,
tar, tar.gz, or tar.Z format (but please do not use WINZIP unless you have no other choice). Use cocoaNNN as the base name for the compressed
file (e.g., cocoa023.zip).
Following these instructions not only makes
the organizer's life easier, it is very possible that it will also make your
own life easier (e.g., you will not be asked to re-send your files, etc). If
you have any questions concerning the final submission, contact bhz@cs.montana.edu.
