CS 432 COMPUTATIONAL BIOLOGY

PREREQUISITE: CS 222.
-- This course surveys classic and recent problems from computational
biology. Topics covered include algorithms for genomic sequencing and
searching, protein structure prediction, and regulatory network
discovery.
