Grading

• Projects/Contests 50% (5 projects = 15, 15, 20, 25, 30)
  
• Assignments 10%
  
• Exams 15%
  
• Final Exam 20%

Homework:

Homework will be announced in class and posted here. Some of the homework will involve laboratory activity that may require you to partner with one or more other people in the course. In that event, you will turn in a single report for a grade. I will be teaming up with random number generators.

Laboratories:

Laboratory assignments, (all assignments), will be done in EPS 109, the equipment is expensive so we will be keeping the equipment in the labs except for special secret written permission. Each board/robot will be assigned to a particular computer, the room will be monitored with a wireless camera. DO NOT take the boards out of the room. Each group will be assigned a computer, if we have to double up groups on a computer I will handle the time conflicts. The details will be worked out during the semester. The room may be accessed by key only so if you have time constraints that don't work with the time I'm in the classroom we will have to work something out. Keys can be made available but there is a semi-expensive deposit.
