Assignment

Due at the beginning of class on Wednesday, September 24.

1. Read chapters 4 and 5 in the book.
2. Polish your model of the IFE cycle in the presence of interrupts, exceptions, and system call instructions and turn it in.  Be sure to use a flowcharting program for this purpose.  This will help you prepare for the quiz on Wednesday.
