College of Engineering Scholarship Information

The on-line scholarship application for the 2009-2010 Academic Year is now available via the following website. http://www.coe.montana.edu/scholarships

Scholarship applications must be submitted on-line by February 2nd, 2009. Applications will be considered for College of Engineering scholarships as well as departmental scholarships.

If you submitted an application last year, and would like to be considered for scholarships for the 2009-2010 Academic Year, you MUST reapply. As we have updated our scholarship server, you will need to complete a new on-line application. When you click on the Continuing Student Application link, you will need to use the User Log-in and Password you had last year. Then, you will need to click the 'Add' button to add your new scholarship application for 2009-2010. PLEASE NOTE, do not Edit your previous years application; it will not automatically update, thus you will not be considered for a scholarship in 2009-2010.

If you have not previously submitted an application, please go on-line and submit a new application. Paper applications from current students will NOT be accepted. You must have a MSU student computer account to access the scholarship application. If you do not have an MSU student account, contact the ITC Help Desk at 994-1777; they can set up an account for you. Use your MSU login and password when the popup screen comes up. You need to register the first time you use the application. Detailed instructions are outlined below.

To prevent the application database from getting too large, applications that have not been revised and re-submitted in over a year will be permanently deleted. In other words, if you have an application in the database and do not revise/re-submit your application, it will be deleted after February 1st, 2009.

Please take the time to be thorough in filling out your application. Feel free to contact Shana (shana.wold@coe.montana.edu) in the Dean's Office at 994-2272 with any questions or concerns. DO NOT FORGET TO PUSH SAVE.
