ZOOT ENTERPRISES COMPUTER SCIENCE SCHOLARSHIP
Zoot Enterprises is pleased to invite applications for the 2009-2010 Zoot Scholarship Program. This program is designed to assist qualified Computer Science majors at MSU-Bozeman with undergraduate tuition and fees and to make available paid/for credit internship and employment with Zoot as openings occur. Zoot believes that real-world, technical experience benefits students when they hit the job market after graduation.

AWARD
Up to two scholarships will be awarded to CS juniors, with one award at a minimum value of $1000, and one at $5220 which covers full in-state tuition and fees, both of which are to be distributed equally over two semesters. These awards are renewable for a second year if the student continues to meet all eligibility requirements. Internship/work opportunities are also available.
ELIGIBILITY
Recipients must be undergraduate Computer Science majors with at least junior standing and typically have less than four semesters left before graduation (departmental scholarship committee will confirm eligibility). Students must be enrolled full-time with an overall grade point average of 3.0 or greater and be eligible to work in the United States. Preference for these awards will be given to students who are willing to complete for credit/for pay internships at Zoot. Zoot values the following characteristics and applicants are encouraged to address these areas in their letters of applications: character, integrity, initiative creativity, commitment to community, aptitude and interest in producing useful and effective software and a positive attitude towards life.
APPLICATION
Applicants must submit a letter applying for the award which explains why they would be a good candidate for this award. A letter of recommendation from a faculty member or employer must be submitted as well. Please also address your willingness to work as a summer intern or employee for Zoot while an undergraduate at MSU.
