Current responsibilities with the Center for Biofilm Engineering:

  • Legacy programming support for the Center's cellular automata model research project, funded by the Department of Defense.

  • Development of interactive Java applets to be included in Biofilms: The Hypertextbook, a Web-based, active-learning resource for the study of biofilms.  The prototype for this project was funded by the National Science Foundation.

 


Previous responsibilities with the Webworks Laboratory include:

  • The Web-based Program Animation project, funded in part by the National Science Foundation
