I've recently been appointed an affiliate professor in Computer Science at Montana State University. I work for Argonne National Laboratory / The University of Chicago, but I live here in the Gallatin Valley. The affiliate professorship allows me to contribute to the MSU community, which I enjoy doing.

I have a reasonably rich set of experience in computer science studying high performance computing, display systems, Peta-FLOPS scale applications analysis, immersive virtual reality, networked multimedia systems, and collaboration virtual environments. My last project was the Access Grid project, which I led for about five years.
