Language and Thought

• The language in which a programmer thinks a problem will be solved will fundamentally color and alter the way an algorithm is developed.

• Often, our “favorite language” prevents us from recognizing a more efficient solution to a problem.

• Of course, if our “favorite language” is our ONLY LANGUAGE, then we're stuck!
