CS 150 Computer Literacy

Midterm Rules

                                             
                                             

 

THESE RULES ARE FOR ALL STUDENTS - TAKING THE TEST ONLNE IS NO LONGER AN OPTION

There are three types of people who will take the test, pick which one you are and read the rules.
YOU DECIDE WHICH TYPE YOU ARE, ANYBODY ENROLLED IN CS150 CAN BE ANY OF THE THREE TYPES: IT'S YOUR CHOICE!! (you must be one, and only one type).

Type 1: Take the test at your regular lecture time which is:
8:00 am March 1st in GH101 on paper with pencil or
9:00 AM March 1st in EPS 103 on paper with a pencil

Type 2: A person that can't take the test at 8:00 am on March 1st has to take the test at one of the other scheduled times. If you are this type of person click here




 


TYPE 1 PERSON
Taking the written test 8am or 9am March 1st

RULES

  • You must take the TEST.
  • Bring a #2 pencil and fill in the scantron (bubble sheet) I provide.
  • The test is open book and open notes. Bring them both.
  • 8:00 am GH100 at 8:00 on March 1st or
  • 9:00 am EPS103 at 9:00 on March 1st
  • This is NOT your choice of times, you MUST go to the lecture time you are regstered for.
  • The test is 50 questions you will have 50 minutes.

 TYPE 2 PERSON
People that can't take the test March 1st

RULES:

  • If you can't take the test at your scheduled time on March 1st you need to select one of the following times:
    • February 28
    •                                           
      • 8am
      • 9am
      • 10am
      • 4pm
    • If you are going to take the test at one of these alternative times please send an email to
      perkinsm @cs.montana.edu and give your name, lab section, and time you plan on taking the test
    • If you can't take the test at one of these times you can schedule an alternate time with me, Monique. Send me an email when you can reschedule.
  • The test will be a written version of the test,  not any harder or easier than the regular test, just different.
  • It is open book and open notes.
  • NOTE: you can not take it online, only a written version .
