This will bring up another window that is a Swing JFrame, look at the task bar below to see if there is a TicTacToe window open.

Tuesday, April 26th you should turn in the full working version of your TicTacToe program. Not an applet but an application. Add as many things as you want, keep score, have a winner frame, disable buttons "button.enable(false)", etc. etc. etc.
Due at the beginning of lab April 26th.
