In general, you should download the latest version of your favorite browser.  We are currently doing our tests with Netscape Communicator 4.77 and Internet Explorer 5.5.

Most of the applets in Snapshots require that you download and install JDK 1.3 from Sun Microsystems.

We are optimizing the layout of Snapshots for a screen of size 1280 by 1024 pixels or more.  For the best viewing experience you should set your display settings to similar values.  We are also attempting to make Snapshots usable with a screen size of 1024 by 768 in case your system does not support resolutions higher than that.
