CAMPS.
LogicBoards Adaptive Camps are creating an event unlike anything the adaptive snow
community has ever seen. Each camper has a unique disability; their training will
be precisely tailored. If you can calmly throw down a "Frontside Jinga Junxta
Rodeo Gimpstar 1080", we will place you with a coach who can coax you to tweak it a little
more. Or, if you are a decent carver contemplating a flat-down box for the first time,
we will teach you to spank it like a newborn baby. We will up your level.
Your attendance at a camp will open doors to adapative freestyle and skiercross
competitions now offered by the Adaptive Division of the USASA.
This session is designed for "intermediate to advanced" riders; attendees must have enough
skill to carve their snowboard in a safe and controlled manner. Oh yeah, there is a six-inch
powder clause, too - if it snows, we will refocus our attention to the ever-lovin' pow-pow and lessons
will have to wait!
