- Download the Ph.D. Annual Review Form and rename it YourFirstName-YourLastName.pdf
- If you started your studies before Spring Semester 2023, you are required to meet
with your committee (minimally the CS faculty members) once per year, ideally during Fall Semester. The annual review form will ask you to provide a report on this meeting. Note: If
you took either the Qualifying Exam or the Comprehensive Exam in 2023, those exams
count as your annual meeting.
- Complete the annual review form with the assistance of your Ph.D. advisor.
- E-mail the completed document to ana.gaskill@montana.eduwith a cc to your Ph.D. advisor no later than Friday, February 2nd, 2024.
